Product Details
Our Cellular PVC products are manufactured by using a heated foam extrusion process which creates tiny air bubbles within the shape, resulting in a density （0.55 g/cm3~0.65 g/cm3）less than half that of solid PVC. When cooled after extrusion, the material forms a smooth, hard surface that resists dents and scratches &warps.
